Dan Fouts proves he’s part of problem with Terrell Owens’ HOF snub

Terrell Owens is statistically one of the three best receivers to ever play in the NFL, yet for two straight years he’s been snubbed by the Hall of Fame selection committee.

Former NFL quarterback, and a member of the HOF committee, Dan Fouts explained his reason for keeping out Owens. Fouts felt like the committee did its job in fairly evaluating the five-time first-team All-Pro receiver.

“I mean, geez, it doesn’t feel like that long ago that I was a kid here playing high school football,” said Matthews, who was a first-round pick of the Falcons after starring at Texas A&M. “I’ve been around this area almost all of my life before going to Atlanta. It would be pretty cool. It would be a good way to end it.

“My best memories are playing high school football here in Houston,” added Matthews, who played at Elkins High School in nearby Missouri City. “It’s exciting. Speaking for myself, I couldn’t be more proud and happy to be a part of it and Toronto Blue Jays Cheap Jerseys claim Houston as my home.”

Rowe called the Super Bowl experience “surreal.” The second-year Patriots cornerback grew up in Spring and attended Klein High School before Nike NFL Jerseys China going off to Utah. His parents, Nelson and Denise, will be in attendance Sunday at NRG Stadium.
